Rather like to agree with the title in the way how appealing your make RD look without going too much into nudity or being slutty but instead just letting her looks and charm do the work, heck if that ain't pin-up I don't want to know what is!
Find her style and the way you drawn her rather familiar in a sense but you did well to add what your style shows with the more human appeal of her pony nature with the longer appendages to make for legs and arms, a very nice touch. Even the way you express the wings giving her that nice sense of floating in the sky, rather heavenly and very settling to say the least.
Like also what you tend to offer in the way of showing of the background, very rich in color just like RD is. That cool mix of red and blue is a nice change-up from the usual rainbow colors would often see but don't mean I'm anything against her own rainbow theme, lol.
Anycase as its obvious to point out, a great big applause to you Ratamahatta7 on your coloring. Your able to make her blue skin look so soft to the mind and her hair and eyes just stunning and credit goes to you for being able to mix in the mutli-color span of her hair and tail so well, damn how the hell did you do that? o0o
Lastly like the attention of the white light in the center, its like glow that draws you right into RD and her true direction for seduction which you went for Ratamahatta7, bravo and keep up this so called "horrible" artwork, lol.
